Terms

These terms cover the rap-aivideo website, the preview generator, and any credit pack sold through it. They were last updated on 24 October 2026. If you use the generator, you agree to them.

The service

rap-aivideo lets you submit a theme or lyrics, a style, a length, and an optional photo. The current provider returns a placeholder video and a shot list. A later provider may return a rendered video through the same form. We do not promise a chart result, a specific voice, or a file that matches a living performer.

Your content

You must have the rights to the words and to any photo you upload. Do not submit lyrics you do not own. Do not upload a person's face unless you have their permission. Do not ask for a clone of a living artist's voice or face. Historical scenes should be described as a period and an idea, not as a face swap.

You keep your rights in what you submitted. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the generator, count credits, and produce a payment record. We do not take ownership of your verse.

Credits and free previews

Free previews and paid credits are counted on the email you enter. There is no password. You are responsible for using an email you control. One successful generate spends one free preview or one credit. A failed save puts that spend back. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Credits are added only after our server records a completed PayPal capture or a verified capture webhook with a matching amount. A button, a window, or a cancelled checkout does not add credits.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to harass a person, or to infringe someone's copyright or likeness. We may refuse a generate or close checkout on an email that does that. Rate limits may slow a network that sends too many requests in an hour.

Availability

The site can be down, and the preview provider can change. Refunds of unused paid credits follow the refund policy. These terms follow the law that applies where the operator of rap-aivideo is established. Questions go to hello@rap-aivideo.com.
