Refunds

This policy covers money paid for rap-aivideo credit packs. It was last updated on 24 October 2026. Free previews are not purchases, so they are not refunded.

When a pack can be refunded

Email hello@rap-aivideo.com within 7 days of the capture. Use the same email that holds the credits, and include the approximate time you paid. Unused credits on that order can be refunded. We refund the unused share of the pack through PayPal, back to the payer, after we match the order to the email.

Example: the five-video pack with all 5 credits unused can be refunded in full. The same pack with 2 credits already used can be refunded for the 3 that remain. We do not refund the spent part because the generate already ran and was stored.

What is spent

A generate that the server saved is spent, even if you dislike the shot list, and even if the video file was a placeholder. A request that failed and told you the credit was put back is not spent. Checkout that never reached a captured status did not take a payment, so there is nothing to refund. Write to us before you open a dispute, so we can match the order.

While checkout is off

If the pricing page says checkout is turned off, no live pack is for sale. Do not send a personal payment to test the button. A sandbox test, if the operator enables one, is not a customer order and is not covered as a live refund.
